Full-Time Barista – Thirty Four Café & Restaurant, Queanbeyan

We’re looking for an experienced full-time barista to join our team at Thirty Four Café, located in the heart of Queanbeyan – 220 Crawford St. We’re a well-loved local café that’s been serving great coffee and good vibes since 2020. What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing and serving high-quality specialty coffee with consistency and care

Delivering friendly customer service in a warm, welcoming café

Keeping the coffee station clean and organised

Dialing in, milk texturing, and general machine upkeep

Working alongside a supportive team

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years barista experience in a busy café

Confident with dialing in, milk texturing, and latte art

Passion for coffee and pride in your work

Friendly, reliable, and easy to work with

Clean and efficient behind the machine

What We Offer:

Full-time role – 38 hours per week

No late nights – we close by 3 pm on weekdays and 2 pm on weekends

Supportive, down-to-earth team

Stable role with a long-standing local café

Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 - negotiable for the right candidate

Trading Hours:
Monday to Friday: 6 am – 3 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 7 am – 2 pm
