We are a reputable commercial high-safety access and window cleaning company based in Sydney, NSW. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Office Administrator to support our growing team and contribute to the seamless delivery of our services.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and send quotations to clients
Invoice clients for completed jobs
Manage phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
Assist with processing payroll for employees and contractors accurately and on time
Schedule and coordinate jobs to ensure operational efficiency
Draft job reports and monthly summaries for clients
Maintain and update client portals with current documents, including insurances and SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements)
Monitor and follow up on staff inductions to ensure expired or soon-to-expire qualifications are renewed and uploaded to relevant portals
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and records management
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and payroll processing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
