The Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Head Office. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the smooth running of our office and providing administrative support to the franchise offices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process invoices, payroll and superannuation

· End-of-month reconciliations

· PAYG and some ATO lodgements.

· Collate Sales and Property Management reports

· Assist with planning of Awards Night, Study Tours and staff training events

· Prepare agendas and minutes for Board Meetings

· Organise and manage Franchise Service Agreements

· Assist with onboarding new franchise offices and business names registrations

· Assist with website management

Skills and Qualifications:

· Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

· Strong organisational and time management skills

· Able to work independently

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Experience with MYOB is an advantage
