The Role :

The role will involve estimating both sales and production for residential dwellings across QLD. You will be expected to produce take offs, BOQ’s and prepare accurate documentation.

Skills and Experience:

• 5 + years experience minimum in a similar position working on similar projects
• Trade background is looked upon favourably
• Attention to detail and analytically inclined is a must
• Strong understanding of the residential building industry including construction methodology
• Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Suite and estimating software packages
