YOUR NEW ROLE

In this KEY role, being the right hand to an outstanding Head Team Leader -Abuse law (a senior lawyer who has lived and breathed personal injury law for 26+ years) with a highly sophisticated litigated practice and also benefiting from the mentorship of the Managing Partner (an industry-leading fully accredited specialist in personal injury law), you will love the immense satisfaction assisting to obtaining justice for seriously injured clients in respect of their institutional abuse claims.

You will be:

liaising with clients/other solicitors/insurers and doctors/PIC/Courts, undertaking legal research, arranging appointments, preparing various draft legal/court documents/briefs to counsel,filing/administration and assisting with billing.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

Are EITHER: 1) a career legal secretary/paralegal OR 2) law student;

have minimum 1 year OR MORE (seniors welcome 10+ yrs) personal injury legal experience including some abuse law-minimum 6 months (essential);

have strong communication and interpersonal skills;

are highly organized and can meet deadlines;

can work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
