YOUR NEW ROLE
In this KEY valued lawyer in their flourishing winning Abuse Law team, reporting to the Head TEAM LEADER+ benefiting from the mentorship of the Managing Partner (an industry-leading fully accredited specialist in personal injury law), you will love the immense satisfaction obtaining justice for survivors of institutional/historical sex abuse.

You will have carriage of your own files and assist on more complex larger cases:

liaising with clients/other solicitors/insurers and doctors, undertaking legal research, reviewing clinical/medical notes, arranging appointments, drafting various legal/court documents, briefing counsel and attending court.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:

Are an admitted lawyer in NSW (or eligible to be);

have minimum 3 years OR MORE personal injury legal experience including minimum 18 months in abuse law (essential);

have solid LITIGATION experience;

have strong communication and interpersonal skills;

are highly organized and can meet deadlines;

can work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;

are hungry to progress your personal injury legal career LONG-TERM with an employer committed to investing in your success.
