The Role
An opportunity exists for a Solicitor with 2–4 years PAE to join the firm’s busy personal injury team. Working closely with an experienced Partner, the role will involve managing a mixed plaintiff-side personal injury caseload, including:

• Workers compensation and work injury damages matters.
• CTP and public liability claims.
• Attending Personal Injury Commission hearings, court appearances, and barrister conferences.
• Drafting legal documents and preparing matters for hearing or settlement.
• Managing client relationships and ensuring the highest level of service.

Supervision and mentoring will be tailored to the solicitor’s level of experience, with a view to continued career progression and skills development.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:

• 2–4 years PAE in personal injury law, acting for either plaintiffs or defendants.
• Experience in workers compensation, WID, and ideally CTP and public liability claims.
• Familiarity with proceedings before the Personal Injury Commission.
• Experience attending court and conferences with counsel.
• Strong communication, drafting, and file management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management capabilities.
• A client-focused approach and genuine passion for plaintiff personal injury law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a professional, team-oriented attitude.
