About the Role

As a Solicitor in our Personal Injury team, you will:

Manage your own files and enjoy autonomy in decision-making

Be supported by a skilled team of paralegals and admin staff

Receive ongoing mentorship and guidance from experienced legal professionals

Key Responsibilities

Conduct client consultations, provide strategic legal advice, and manage expectations

Review medical records, undertake legal research, and correspond with insurers and experts

Draft legal documents, prepare matters for counsel, and attend court or settlement conferences

Build strong client relationships and maintain high levels of satisfaction and trust

What You’ll Bring to the Role

Essential Attributes:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational and file management abilities

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Genuine commitment to client care and achieving strong outcomes

Tech-savviness — comfortable with digital tools, cloud-based platforms, and legal tech

Desirable Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year PAE, ideally in Plaintiff Personal Injury law

Previous experience in personal injury is highly regarded

Bilingual skills in Mandarin or Cantonese are valued but not essential

Personal Qualities:

Professional, approachable, and enthusiastic

Entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a modern legal environment
