The Role
As a Development Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of property development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and consultants to drive project success, contributing to the region’s growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of property development projects, from feasibility analysis to completion.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and project goals.

Prepare and monitor project budgets, schedules, and risk management plans.

Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support project viability.

Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and quality standards.

Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Contribute to strategic planning and identification of new development opportunities.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

A tertiary qualification in property development, construction management, engineering, or a related field.

Circa 2 - 6 years experience as a Development Manager. Experienced ADM's encouraged to apply.

Strong knowledge of the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and FNQ property market and local regulations.

Excellent project management skills, with experience using tools like MS Project or similar.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to manage diverse stakeholders.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

Understanding of sustainable development practices (desirable).
