About the Role
Join our Technology Services Division, the heart of digital health innovation. We’re entrusted with the operation and enhancement of a reliable, secure national digital health infrastructure and health support systems. Our commitment to fostering innovation ensures that we stay at the forefront of digital health advancements. Your role will be pivotal in transforming healthcare delivery. You’ll contribute to the seamless operation of health support systems that are not just efficient but also safeguarded with the highest standards of security.

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be accountable for the IT Service Desk, User Support and Basic Administration for the Agency’s Business Applications/Systems, End User Computing, and other related technology, under the broad direction of the Assistant Director - IT Support in the IT Services Branch.

The IT Service Branch are responsible for the evolution and operation of Agency’s business applications/systems and information technology; the engineering of external-facing and internal-facing products and systems across web, mobile, api, data and analytics technologies, and associated cloud and on-premises infrastructure and networking; and the build and reliability processes and technologies to ensure the quality, trust, reliability, and security in our products and systems.?

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology and/or Business (desirable)
• IT / Digital / Business certifications and/or training in areas relevant to the role (desirable)
• Previous experience in supporting a complex organisational structure with multiple stakeholders with IT infrastructure, network support, configuration management, systems release and deployment, and storage management as well as other service management activities, such as incident management, problem management, and asset management

Salary: This role offers between $87,584 - $94,719 plus 15.4% superannuation depending on skills and experience.
