About Us

For over 140 years we have been working at the forefront of gender equality through our housing, community programs and advocacy. Our five-year plan has a focus on making young women’s leadership and women’s housing our priority for gender equity in Australia.

What You’ll Do

YWCA Australia is currently seeking a dedicated System Support Analyst to join our organisation.

The role is responsible for supporting the successful implementation, integration, and ongoing optimisation of our Client Management System (CMS) through the following key areas:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Service Delivery, Finance, People & Culture) and external partners (CMS vendor) to ensure effective communication and coordination across all aspects of the role.
  • CMS Implementation Leadership: Represent Service Delivery in the CMS system rollout, lead workflow design, support change management, user testing, training, and ensure accurate data migration from legacy systems.
  • System Ownership & Support: Post-implementation, act as the CMS system owner—providing user support, managing issues, maintaining system functionality, coordinating upgrades, and ensuring optimal performance of related applications and portals.
  • Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides in collaboration with IT and vendors, ensuring staff are well-equipped to use the CMS effectively.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Maintain secure and accurate data, generate reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI), support data-driven decision-making, and build team capability in using CMS reporting tools

Who You Are

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Systems & Project Expertise: Proven experience in system analyst, support, or administrator roles with strong project management capabilities, particularly in client and case management systems.
  • Proven Communication & Relationship Building skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and tailor messaging appropriately.
  • Proficiency in Data and Reporting: Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and querying, with experience in tools like Power BI and familiarity with AIHW Specialist Homelessness Services systems (e.g., SHIP/SRS/CIMS).
  • Process & Systems Improvement Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead process enhancements and implement system/application improvements effectively.
  • Technical & Sector Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite (including SharePoint and Teams), with desirable experience in the not-for-profit sector and holding relevant child/vulnerable people checks.

Successful candidates will need to complete the following pre-employment requirements:

  • National Criminal History Check
  • Valid State-Based Working with Children Permit
