We are looking for an experienced and eager IT generalist to join an enterprise technology team as a Senior IT Support Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives on solving problems, and is keen to grow their career in a supportive, high performance environment. Responsibilities
Resolve escalated Level 2 tickets promptly and professionally, ensuring all issues are well-documented
Support and manage network infrastructure, including account management, archiving, backups, updates, and patching
Perform daily systems maintenance and monitor system performance and network availability
Collaborate with internal IT teams and support the development of IT processes and documentation
Create and test basic scripts to streamline IT operations
Maintain compliance with cyber security standards and integrate security practices across IT systems
Key skills
2–3 years plus of Level 2 IT Support experience
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft 365 Expert, Juniper)
Strong knowledge of IP networking, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security principles
Proficient with Microsoft Intune (MDM, MAM), desktop support, and backup solutions
Extensive Networking support experience, ideally in Cisco or Juniper
Experience working with Microsoft 365, Azure, and on premises systems
Skilled in using ticketing systems and remote support tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Self-driven, curious, and collaborative, with a natural problem-solving mindset
