Business Analyst – ICT Projects | Government Digital Transformation Programs

The Company

Through a collaborative, inter-agency model, they lead transformative digital programs such as large-scale clinical systems renewal and cross-agency service reform. The Role

An experienced Business Analyst is required to support a range of ICT projects and programs. In this role, you will collaborate with project managers, internal teams, and external vendors to analyse, document, and deliver business requirements that meet strategic project goals.

You will be responsible for full-lifecycle business analysis—requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, documentation, process mapping, and supporting testing and implementation activities.

You are a skilled and detail-oriented business analyst who thrives in complex environments. You bring a structured approach to problem-solving, a clear communication style, and a collaborative mindset that enables successful stakeholder engagement and project delivery.

You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in ICT business analysis on large or complex projects.
  • Expertise in conducting workshops, interviews, and focus groups for requirements gathering.
  • Strong skills in documenting business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
  • Experience supporting system testing, validation, and implementation phases.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in diverse team environments.
  • A proactive, accountable, and solutions-focused approach to work.
  • Preferably, you are based in Darwin
