We are seeking a Finance Transformation Organisational Design Program Lead for one of our global corporates who are embarking on a transformation initiative across Finance. This role will focus on the people aspects of the Operating Model changes working closely the CFO and HR. You will be responsible for advising the Workforce Strategies and Organisational Design.

Role Requirements:

• Designing and delivering a revised global operating model and strategic workforce plan, leveraging expertise across business, finance, technology, and HR.
• Developing and presenting materials to executive and C-suite audiences.
• Identifying the impact of design and transformation decisions across divisional and functional value chains.
• Translating operating model and workforce design into actionable organisational design and implementation.

• Lead the development and execution of a commercial workforce strategy, operating model, and organisational design.
• Developing and upholding strong workforce principles focused on employee experience while meeting strategic, commercial, and regulatory goals.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive end-to-end alignment of functional strategy, business architecture, talent management, and design deliverables.

Experience Required:

• Expertise in workforce strategy, planning, business case and benefit realisation, organisational design, and execution.
• Expertise in leading large organisational design or operating model change programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels, including C-suite.
• M&A/Transactions and Finance expertise is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to shape cross-geography workforce strategies and operating models in complex transformation environments.
• Consulting background is highly regarded.
