Career Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join and lead our Structural design team as Structural Design Lead.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Structural design and engineering team which includes:

• Maintaining quality control and compliance to process and procedure.
• Managing multiple fast paced design scopes within a team of designers to meet project deadlines.
• Ensuring works are conducted in accordance with client requirements, specifications.
• Liaising with the project management team to ensure deadlines are being met.
• Providing quotations
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Only candidates who meet the minimum requirements below shall be considered:

• Formal qualification in related field (Engineer, Drafting)
• Oil and Gas experience
• 7+ years structural design experience
• 2+ years management experience

You must also be available to undertake a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol.
