About the role

This full-time and part time Retail Showroom Sales Consultant role at De Dietrich' offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading brand in the retail and consumer products industry. Based in our stunning showroom in Rozelle, NSW, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product expertise to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Delivering an outstanding customer experience through attentive and knowledgeable product consultations

Demonstrating and showcasing our high-quality appliance range to customers

Assisting customers with product selection, orders and after-sales support

Maintaining the showroom to the highest standard of presentation and cleanliness

Collaborating with the wider team to achieve sales targets and business objectives

Continually expanding your product knowledge through training and self-development

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the home appliances or home improvement industry

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers and build strong relationships

Strong product knowledge and the passion to continuously learn about our premium appliance range

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of showroom presentation

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
