The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and driven Construction Project Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience in civil construction to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management principles, a keen eye for detail, and experience managing civil construction projects from inception to completion. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Monitor and control project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases.

Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Lead, motivate, and manage project teams and site and project engineers to achieve project goals.

Report regularly to senior management and clients on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.

Key Requirements:

2 to 5 years of experience in project management within the civil construction industry.

Strong understanding of civil construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Bluebeam).

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Sound knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and industry compliance requirements.

A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
