About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and organised Human Resources Officer to support the day-to-day HR operations across our aged care and NDIS services. This role is office-based, starting at 15 hours per week with the opportunity to grow with us.

You’ll be responsible for:

Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and staff compliance

Maintaining HR records and supporting workforce planning

Supporting employee wellbeing and engagement

Coordinating staff training and induction processes

Ensuring alignment with NDIS, aged care, and Fair Work compliance

About You

Prior experience in HR or administration (NDIS or Aged Care sector highly regarded)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

High attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management

Familiar with Fair Work, HR policies, and compliance requirements

Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems
