Job Title: Front Office Team Leader
Are you a passionate hotelier looking for your next opportunity?
We are seeking a super star Front Office Team Leader to join our small, close knit team. This role is the perfect opportunity for a senior Guest Service Agent who's ready to take their first step into Hotel Management, or an energetic, outgoing Team Leader/Supervisor who's looking for a highly customer service driven role, where you will run the day to day operations of our AM shift.
Shifts will be primarily AM (7AM - 3PM).

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel and drive excellence in guest service
- Ensure the team is customer focused, being proactive in identifying customer needs
- Welcome and assist with all guest arrivals, departures and requests
- Actively resolve guest issues and challenges presented on shift, including responding to guest feedback
- Assist the FOM with rostering, training and provide leadership for the greater Front Office team
- Assist Food and Beverage team
Skills & Experience
- Opera Cloud PMS experience will be highly considered
- Previous hotel experience +1 year minimum
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Pride in personal presentation and grooming essential
- Experience training & developing front line staff
