About the role

Bahari PTY LTD is seeking a talented and experienced Full Time Chef to join our vibrant team. As a Full Time Chef, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

This is a full-time position based in our restaurant in Richmond, VIC.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes to the highest standards

Ensuring consistency and quality of food presentation and taste

Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in the kitchen

Following all food safety and hygiene protocols

Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies

Providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the kitchen team

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Strong working knowledge of various cooking techniques and food preparation methods

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Keen eye for detail and ability to work well under pressure

Passion for creating innovative and flavoursome dishes

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Food safety and hygiene certification
