minnie + MAXXIE is one of an Australian leading womens online fashion stores. Based in Milton, Brisbane we are currently looking for fit, healthy and highly motivated casual staff to join our team. High potential employees will have the opportunity for permanent employment. Our warehouse is fully air conditioned and free parking is available. No forklift or heavy lifting is involved in this position. If you bring other skills like marketing or fashion production to the role we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Packing all online orders within a timely, efficient manner.

Processing returns and refunds for customers

Replying to customer emails, social messages, phone calls in a timely manner.

Quality controlling stock, steaming items and checking thoroughly before dispatch

Helping with stock deliveries and unpacking/counting stock.

Keeping the warehouse clean and making sure the stock is neat and ordered.

Keeping on top of stationery/supplies orders relevant to the warehouse

Communication with other management team in regards to customer or order issues.

Assistance with photoshoot preparation and assistance on location.

We are looking for the right fit for our team - experience in a fast paced, fashion ecommerce business is preferable plus a positive attitude with an exceptional work ethic is definitely important. The important attributes are:

Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written

Able to take direction and be proactive in trialling new systems.

Must be physically fit and able to move fast

Ability to work at a very fast pace is essential

Shopify experience preferred.

Self motivated and ability to work under limited supervision
