Apéro Label is a dynamic and growing fashion brand that is actively seeking an enthusiastic and organised Part-Time Warehouse and Customer Care Assistant to play a crucial role in our operations.

Role Overview: Join our vibrant, supportive team as a Warehouse and Customer Care Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

This part-time position offers a guaranteed two days of work per week, with additional hours available during peak periods. Perfect for someone looking for flexible, casual work in a friendly and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Packing all online orders within a timely manner

Processing returns and refunds for customers

Replying to customer emails & bot messages in a timely manner - forwarding any relevant enquiries to other team members.

Quality controlling stock

Assisting with Stocktake, and keeping on top of stock levels. Checking they are accurate at the end of each week in Shopify.

Helping with stock deliveries and unpacking/counting stock.

General tidying of area / making sure the stock is neat and consolidated at the end of each week

Keeping on top of stationary orders relevant to the warehouse and informing your manager when running low.

Proactive communication with other customer care team members about sold out styles, faulty styles, order amendments.. etc

Requirements:

Previous experience within retail, admin and/or customer service roles. Ecommerce experience would be advantageous.

Strong interpersonal skills. Dealing with our customers and team members with empathy and understanding

Some experience with Shopify, Cin7, Starshipit, eParcel, Loop and Refundid platforms is advantageous but not a requirement

Motivated & reliable with a strong work ethic

Physically fit as you will be required to lift heavy stock (Up to 20kg)

Strong attention to detail

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities
