We’re seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Warehouse Assistant to join our 3PL warehouse. This is a hands-on role where consistency, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are essential.

You’ll be responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks including stock repacks, order fulfillment, general upkeep, and admin work using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and responding to client via E-mail.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and dispatch orders with accuracy and efficiency

Perform stock repacks and handle inventory as required

Operate material handling equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks)

Use warehouse software and basic admin tools for data entry and tracking

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

Support regular stocktakes and warehouse projects

✅ What We’re Looking For

Valid Forklift License (LF) — required

Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting (preferable, but not required)

Confident using technology (WMS, tablets, Microsoft Office, etc.)

Consistent, dependable, and detail-oriented

Able to lift up to 35kg and perform manual handling tasks

Strong time management and communication skills
