Ontex Australia continues to invest in Australian manufacturing and now is seeking to recruit a talented and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join the Team at our modern manufacturing and distribution site based at Eastern Creek.

This person contributes to the daily warehouse coordination to meet both internal and external customer expectations and targets. The role of the Team Leader is to work with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure operations run seamlessly while increasing productivity through process improvements and increased team motivation.

Technical expertise is required in the following areas but not limited to:

• Prepare a workload, daily to outline the following days' activities, inbound and outbound deliveries for warehouse scheduling and task prioritization
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily operational activities and help drive team motivation levels.
• Ensure orders are both picked and dispatched on time according to current schedules.
• Ensure inbound deliveries are received and processed following current guidelines and procedures to ensure the timely receipt of goods into stock.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring monthly stocktakes are completed on time and records are kept according to current procedures

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Have full work rights to work in Australia
• Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Team Leadership Experience
• Solid Proficiency with WMS Systems, Preferably SAP
• Current Forklift License
• Strong Dispatch and Receiving Experience
• High level of energy
• Good Attention to Detail
• Strong Communication Skills
• 2-3 years experience
