About the Company
Our client is a market-leading developer-builder with a proven track record in delivering iconic residential and mixed-use projects across Sydney. Known for quality, innovation, and a strong in-house capability across development and construction, they are seeking a motivated Assistant Development Manager to support project delivery across their growing pipeline.

The Role
Reporting to the Development Manager and Development Director, you will assist in the end-to-end development process, from site acquisition through to completion. You'll play a pivotal role in project feasibility, planning, stakeholder coordination, and delivery support across multiple high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with site assessments, due diligence, and feasibility modelling

Coordinate consultants, town planners, architects, and internal teams

Help manage DA submissions, approvals, and stakeholder engagement

Support project budgeting, scheduling, and reporting

Track development milestones and ensure key deliverables are met

Liaise with construction teams to align project delivery timelines

About You

3-5 years' experience in property development, construction, or related field

Degree-qualified in Property, Construction, Engineering, or similar

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident communicator and team player

Proficient with Microsoft Office; exposure to financial modelling desirable

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced development environment
