The opportunity

A great opportunity exists to join our team in a support role. You will be assisting and working with 2 property managers in the day to day role of property management. preferably you will have a current WA property managers licence and some experience in the industry.

Highly organised, responsive and efficient

Comfortable initiating, building and maintaining relationships with clients

Able to prioritise objectives and deal with a fluctuating workload

Well presented and have excellent communication skills

A genuine interest in the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

What we would like

A current West Australian real estate registration certificate preferred.

Have a good working knowledge of the Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978 and the accompanying regulations, the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 and the REIWA Rules of Practice and Code of Conduct.

The ability to work effectively independently and within a team

Ability to use the Property Tree management system preferred,

Experience with inspection manager, inspect real estate and Eagle, would be advantageous.

Current Australian drivers licence.
