Description

Deliver procurement services that align with governance requirements, Council policy, and legislation.

Provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders on procurement best practices.

Support end-to-end tendering processes, including contract preparation, evaluation, and documentation.

Maintain supplier records, assist in compliance reporting, and ensure accurate purchasing documentation.

Promote high standards of probity and accountability in all procurement activity.

Support daily operational tasks including purchasing requests, supplier onboarding, and reporting.

Contribute to workplace health and safety and sustainability goals through procurement decisions.

Profile

You'll be an experienced procurement professional with demonstrated capability across purchasing, tenders, and contract administration. You can confidently interpret and apply procurement policy, work collaboratively with operational teams, and drive compliant outcomes. A background in government or regulated environments will be highly regarded.
