About the role

In this role as Senior Project Officer Business Processes, you will be undertaking business process modelling and coordinating business projects for WorkSafe Group, operating with stakeholders to define and re-design business processes, and identify and incorporate improvements.

The role:

Works with business users to define and re-design business processes, and identify and incorporate improvements.

As directed, coordinates projects that contribute to the alignment of Group and Departmental business processes. Identifies and applies appropriate methodologies and technologies to business processes to meet strategic goals.

Conducts and participates in application and system usability activities and reviews.

Prepares business cases, project plans, project progress reports and business process documentation.

Conducts and participates in application and system usability activities and reviews with users.

Essential requirements for this role (if applicable):

Demonstrated ability to map and improve business processes, identify business requirements, and evaluate options.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects to achieve desired business outcomes.

Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to team projects.
