Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Program Administration Officer, the Project Support Officer undertakes a range of project, executive and administration support activities including maintaining project documentation, supporting the Executive Director, Steering Committee and Evaluation Panel, meeting administration and coordination, collating information and facilitating the onboarding and offboarding process for team members.
The role has the following key focus areas:
Project administration support
Executive support
Meeting administration
Onboarding and offboarding
Invoicing
Stakeholder management
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated experience providing high level administrative support in a complex environment.
Well-developed planning and organisational skills, including the ability to meet the needs and objectives of the project within agreed timeframes and to set standards.
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement improved work processes and practices.
Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels and in a variety of contexts and work collaboratively and positively in a team environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Demonstrated research, analytical and reporting skills with the ability to gather, collate and present information.
