An opportunity has become available for confident and highly organised Property Manager to join our company.

The successful applicant will be joining our team located in Rooty Hill in a recently renovated office and responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Responsible for:

Manage a residential portfolio of residential properties

Submit potential tenant applications to owners

Manage lease renewals and rent increases

Execute effective arrears management processes

Manage repairs and maintenance

Conduct Routine and Outgoing inspections

Attend NCAT Hearings

You will be supported by a Leasing Consultant who takes charge of all leasing duties such as showings, following up feedback, application processing and ingoings inspections.

To be successful in the you must have:

Positive attitude, naturally organised and be able to work autonomously and within a team

Confidence to deal with landlords and tenants and manage conflict resolution

Willing to work every second Saturday with a day off during the week

Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 licence

Current and valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

This role is available for an immediate start for the right candidate.
