The Role:

• Property Management of a small high-end portfolio
• NO Leasing PLUS dedicated administration support & dedicated virtual assistants
• Replying to and following up on inquiries, and property management tasks
• Superb customer service skills to provide premium concierge services for our residents
• Entry, exits, and routine inspections + reports
• Working with trades and contractors, issuing work orders accordingly
• Key management
• Liaising with the building team on any defects
• Handling tenant inquiries and leasing properties with the landlord's best interest in mind
• Liaising with Body Corporates/Caretaking team

The Candidate:

• 2+ years of Property Management experience
• QLD Certificate of Registration
• Exceptional people skills - especially in stakeholder management
• Strong legislation knowledge
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Outstanding telephone manner & time management
• Corporate presentation
