As the first point of contact, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer feels fully supported and empowered to help their schools. Whether it's answering questions, solving problems, or sharing product information, you’ll leave a lasting impression on our customers while being part of a team that values your ideas and contributions.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively Connect: Make outbound calls to customers, offering solutions and support while explaining our fundraising process and creating bespoke plans to suit their needs. Following up with emails and tracking their progress to ensure all is going well for them.
- Engage Customers: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages with professionalism, care, and enthusiasm.
- Solve Problems: Listen closely to concerns, identify needs, and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Keep Organised: Maintain detailed notes and ensure customers get the right support when they need it.
- Collaborate: Escalate complex issues to the right team members for prompt resolution.
- Innovate: Bring your ideas to improve our customer service processes—your voice matters here!
