About the position:

If you’ve got big ideas and the drive to build, this is your runway. You’ll lead a Corporate and Commercial practice that supports startups and corporates alike— handling shareholder agreements, VC funding, restructures and more. You’ll be backed by a leadership team that welcomes innovation and supports execution.

Key Requirements:

• Min 8+ years' experience in Corporate and/or Commercial Law within a private practice in Australia
• A portable practice is ideal, as it is something that you and the firm can build on together
• Creative legal thinker with a commercial edge
• Adaptability with a growth-mindset
