The Role

We are seeking a Senior Lawyer with expertise in corporate and commercial law to join our team on a part-time basis. The role would including working closely with the relevant Corporate & Commercial Partner in relation to:-

· Acquisitions, disposals and mergers

· Shareholder, unitholder and partnership agreements

· Corporate governance and compliance advice

· Structuring and restructuring of companies

· Joint ventures and strategic cooperation

· Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all forms of commercial contracts

· Licensing, supply and service agreements

· Hotels, pubs and clubs – acquisitions, disposals and operating advice

· Sports & Entertainment – individuals, governing bodies and organisations

· Medical and dental – medical, dental and allied health professionals

· Tourism and transport – advice and transactions

· Intellectual property and protection

· Lending and security arrangements

· Agribusiness

Applying candidates do not need to have worked across all of these areas of law but be willing to gain experience in these areas.
