We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner with a strong foundation in core HR disciplines and a proven ability to operate as a strategic advisor to join our client, The Catholic Diocese of Sandhurst, based in Bendigo.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who has built their career from hands-on HR operations into a strategic business partner capacity.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to influence business outcomes, drive people strategy, and champion a high-performance culture.

What We’re Looking For:

Solid foundational HR experience, ideally 5+ years in varied generalist roles

Proven track record in a senior or business partner-level HR role

Professional HR qualification

Deep knowledge of employment law, policies, and best practice

Strong interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

A hands-on, practical approach with strategic thinking ability

Additional Requirements

National Police Check and Working with Children Check

Current driver’s licence and flexibility for occasional out-of-hours events

A commitment to integrity, discretion, and professionalism
