Join us as we grow our footprint in regional Victoria! We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Practice Manager to lead our Robinvale GP clinic and help build a scalable model for future sites in the region.

🩺 About the Practice
Robinvale Health Services provides GP and Nurse Practitioner-led care to a vibrant and diverse rural community, both in-person and via telehealth. Open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, our practice is poised for growth-and we need your expertise to help shape its future.

✨ About the Role
As Practice Manager, you will:

Lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Robinvale clinic

Oversee both administrative and clinical teams

Manage risk, compliance, quality improvement and business development

Maintain financial records and assist with clinical support when needed

Play a key role in designing and replicating a sustainable, scalable clinic model across the region

🎯 We're Looking for Someone With:

Prior experience managing a GP clinic or health service

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

The ability to lead and build high-functioning teams

Strong knowledge of medical software and Microsoft Office

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Working with Children Check

National Police Check

Right to work in Australia

Current CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Evidence of vaccinations: Hepatitis B, Varicella (Chicken Pox), MMR, DTPa, Tuberculosis, and annual Influenza
