This position:

This Team Leader role is designed for leaders who are passionate about fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture. The successful candidate will demonstrate their ability to lead change, ensuring client satisfaction and retention are at the forefront.

Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will inspire and guide a team of Customer Service representatives, coaching them to deliver outstanding service. You’ll take ownership of driving continuous improvement in systems and processes, identifying opportunities to enhance both products and service offerings to meet the evolving needs of clients.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership will be crucial in driving customer satisfaction and supporting the successful adoption of improvements across the business.

What are we looking for?

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader with a strong mix of leadership, technical, and interpersonal skills.
• The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar leadership role, within salary packaging, finance, or customer service.
• You have strong financial literacy skills, understanding of accounting principles including FBT knowledge and analytical skills to interpret data and make decisions.
