Role Purpose
ProCare Australia’s Team Leader will be a passionate and energetic person, strong leader and a key brand ambassador for ProCare Australia. The ability to build a strong culture, and relationships- with the industry and internal team, is crucial to your success.
Your focus will be to support the individualised needs of the team and the National Manager. You will drive a positive and results driven team, who achieve their goals and offer support to one another. You will support the team to attract, source and place talent in our key sectors. Additionally, the Team Leader must direct the constant development of partner relationships that are necessary to grow the business.
In addition, you will:
be an excellent communicator
inspire and lead a team that performs ProCare Australia’s day-to-day activities, including all commercial, financial and reporting systems.
support recruitment consultants their role through conducting fortnightly meetings, professional development plan meetings and performance reviews
adopt a solution focused approach to practice
operate from a strengths based approach
develop strong relationships with clients, management and team members
support the marketing and sales functions
develop national strategies to drive business growth in line with market trends and government funding’s
work collaboratively with the National Accounts Manager to obtain and deliver on new placement opportunities
To be successful:
Minimum 2 years management experience
Demonstrated ability support teams through change
Demonstrated ability to meet financial objectives
Demonstrated ability to provide reports to senior management
Demonstrated ability to identify and maintain ongoing business relationships with key stakeholders
Evidence high level written and verbal communication
Hold a QLD Working with Children Check Blue Card or willing to obtain
Hold a current open Drivers Licence and vehicle
Knowledge of the community services sector, key stakeholder and funding models is desirable but not essential
Salary and Benefits
$85,000-$95,000 pa + super
Eligible for QLeave
The role requires some travel and after hours event attendance.
