About the role:

Reporting directly to the Head of Novated Leasing, you’ll lead and support a team of business support officers, coaching and supporting them to deliver high-quality end-to-end admin support services.

As well as ensuring consistent service delivery at the highest level, you will also act as an escalation point and subject matter expert for team members in the resolution of complex inquiries while upskilling and improving the knowledge and problem-solving skills of your team.

With a curious and analytical mindset, you’ll assess data, identify inefficiencies, and assume responsibility for specific business improvement projects. You’ll also build strong relationships with customers, clients, internal teams, and senior leadership across the organisation

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader with a strong mix of leadership, technical, and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar leadership role, within salary packaging, finance, or customer service.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and an ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders

Proven ability to coach, mentor and upskill teams, fostering a culture of growth and success.

Knowledge of novated vehicle leasing, salary packaging and/or financial lending processes will be highly regarded
