📌 Key Responsibilities:
🧑‍⚖️ Manage a file load of Workers Compensation and CTP claims across multiple jurisdictions
🧠 Provide legal advice to clients on liability, quantum, and dispute resolution options
🤝 Maintain strong client relationships with insurers, employers, and injured clients
🏛️ Represent clients in tribunals, mediations, and court proceedings
📈 Work collaboratively with a high-performing team and contribute to positive outcomes

🧾 Requirements:
📅 Minimum 2+ years PQE in personal injury law, with a focus on Workers Compensation and/or CTP matters
🧑‍💼 Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
⚖️ Solid understanding of ACT and/or NSW personal injury frameworks
💬 Excellent communication and client relationship skills
🌱 A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with a desire to build a long-term career
