Personal Injury Lawyer – Workers Compensation

Are you a driven and empathetic legal professional with a passion for advocating for those who have suffered life-changing injuries? Our highly regarded private practice client, recognised by Doyle’s Guide for Excellence in Personal Injury Law, is growing its Norwest team and looking for a Personal Injury Lawyer to join them at the earliest.

This is a permanent full-time, 5 days per-week (hybrid) opportunity.

About the Role:

As a Personal Injury Lawyer, you will:

Manage a diverse portfolio of high-value workers’ compensation and CTP cases.

Provide strategic advice and representation, including court appearances.

Stay ahead of legislative changes and industry developments.

Help grow the firm’s client base through marketing and building relationships.

About You:

2+ years post-admission experience with plaintiff personal injury experience (Workers Comp & CTP).

Admitted to practice in NSW, with a strong grasp of local laws and regulations.

Personable, empathetic, and proactive in supporting the firm’s growth.

Willing to handle some Victoria-based files as the practice expands.
