An exciting opportunity available for a Client Services Officer to join their small but friendly team in Bundaberg.

Duties of the role

• Liaising with Fund Managers, Advisers and Clients
• Gathering information for reviews and booking review appointments
• Implementation activities
• Ability to prioritise tasks, multi-task and shift focus when required
• Supporting a Senior Financial Adviser

The Ideal Candidate

• Has at least 12 months Administration/ Client Services experience within the financial planning industry
• Team player and dedicated to providing excellent service to Clients
• Bright, friendly and personable
• Xplan software experience advantageous but not essential
• Interested in growing their career with a market leading brand
