About the Role

We are currently seeking several motivated and skilled Production Operators to join our growing team in Adelaide. These full-time positions, operating on rotating day, afternoon and night shifts, plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line and delivering high-quality packaging solutions to our clients.

· Key Responsibilities

· Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

· Conduct visual and basic quality checks to ensure products and components meet established specifications.

· Prepare raw materials for processing by weighing, measuring, or mixing ingredients as per batch instructions.

· Maintain accurate production records, including quantities processed, material usage, and downtime.

· Perform basic routine tasks such as cleaning and lubricating equipment to support smooth operation.

· Identify and promptly report any irregularities in machine performance or product quality to the supervisor.

· Follow documented work instructions, including adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements at all times.

· Work collaboratively with other operators and team members to meet daily production targets.

· Support equipment setup and material changeovers by assisting with basic preparation under supervision.

· Participate in housekeeping and basic improvement activities to maintain a clean and efficient work area.

About You

· To succeed in this role, you will bring:

· At least 1 year of previous experience as a production operator in a manufacturing environment.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality output.

· Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

· Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

· A proactive attitude with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
