We’re a passionate team of 30+ working across 3 paediatric occupational therapy clinics in Footscray, Bundoora and Werribee. We’re looking for a warm, organised, and proactive People and Culture Coordinator to join our team and lead the way in creating a positive and connected workplace culture.

About the Role
Based primarily at our Footscray clinic, this role involves visiting and working from all three clinics to build strong relationships and ensure consistent staff support across sites. You’ll be responsible for the full staff journey—from onboarding through to exiting—and help foster a workplace where people feel supported, heard, and valued.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding processes

Be the go-to person for HR-related questions and staff support

Organise team meetings, team time days, retreats, training days, and annual reviews

Support culture-building initiatives and staff wellbeing programs

Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation and staff records

About You You’re a people person who loves building culture and making sure the workplace runs smoothly. You bring:

Experience in a people & culture, HR or administrative role

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

A hands-on, approachable attitude and strong organisational skills

High discretion, empathy and professionalism

Willingness to travel regularly between our Footscray, Bundoora and Werribee clinics
