Kangaroo Care is a well-established NDIS support provider founded and driven by a team of Doctors and Nurses. We provide services to multiple clients across Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment cycle (Sourcing to onboarding)
Be the initial point of contact for staff members and managers for HR enquiries and/or escalate as required
Assist and lead the admin team with data management, reporting, and analysis to support remuneration
Coordinating and delivering induction sessions for a seamless onboarding experience
Overview the Admin team operations
Help to resolve workplace conflict and liaise between the parties
Support new hires, assist with performance reviews, and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards
Collaborate with various departments to understand staffing needs and foster a people-first culture
Provide administrative and operational support across the full employee lifecycle
Maintain HRIS, manage employee records, and ensure efficient handling of data and systems; provide support for system inquiries and improve team efficiency
Assisting the HR team with various people initiatives and Operations
Handle disciplinary procedure and termination of staff members in accordance with company policies

Qualifications:
Bachelor's/ Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous work experience in a HR function required, preferably in the NDIS, Aged Care or Community Services Field
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a diverse workforce and handle multiple priorities
