Design & Build are partnering with a longstanding client to assist in the growth of their Canberra construction team.
We are looking for experienced Project Coordinators to join the construction team's on two major projects. This is a great opportunity to join a national business who offer fantastic career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Coordinate efforts with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and relevant regulations
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and change orders
- Track progress, update milestones, and proactively address any issues to keep projects on schedule
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–3 years of post-graduate experience in project coordination or management within the construction sector
- Proven experience delivering large-scale projects
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency with construction project management tools and software
- Sound understanding of construction contracts and regulatory requirements
