These are companies that are structured, have steady pipelines, and genuinely back their site teams. They're always on the lookout for reliable Leading Hands who know how to get things done.

The Role

You'll be leading small crews, coordinating trades, keeping quality on point, and getting stuck in on the tools when needed. You'll be across fitouts from start to finish: from demo and set-out through to final joinery install and handover. There's plenty of variety - some fast-turnaround retail work, some larger office fitouts with layered programs, and everything in between. If you're already leading and want more responsibility or you're a solid chippy ready to step up, this is the perfect next move.

The Requirements

Cert III In Carpentry And White Card

Own Tools And Transport

Strong Fitout Background - Stud And Track, Doors, Hardware, Joinery, Ceilings, Partitions

Experience Running Small Teams And Dealing With Subbies

Must Have Full Australian Working Rights (No Restrictions)

• Experience as Leading Hand or Carpenter ready for the next step.
