Are you passionate about quality management and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and innovative company? Enerflex is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team and lead our Quality Management System (QMS) to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management System (QMS) Development: Design, implement, and maintain our ISO 9001-based QMS, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance: Develop and maintain compliance systems, conduct regular audits, and manage external audits to ensure adherence to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Establish quality control procedures, conduct testing and inspections, and manage ISO qualifications.
  • Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions: Lead investigations on quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs on quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement initiatives like Six Sigma and Lean principles to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
  • Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team to evaluate and monitor supplier quality.
  • Customer Interaction: Address customer concerns related to quality issues and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in quality, risk management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with ISO quality frameworks, particularly ISO 9001.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the resource industry or a similar role.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of increasing responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
