What You’ll Work On:

• Aged care/retirement living
• Hotels & leisure
• Sport

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire design process from consultant team appointments to procurement
• Manage risk and quality assurance, ensuring every project meets high standards
• Interpret financial reports and understand legal frameworks to ensure compliance
• Support business development by identifying new revenue opportunities
• Utilise advanced Office 365 skills—especially Excel—to build dynamic models that inform strategic decisions
