What You Will Do

Liaise with clients, other lawyers, and colleagues.

Have carriage of litigation and wills and estates matter.

Allocate and supervise work to junior members of the team where appropriate.

Prepare and provide advice on Wills, powers of attorney, enduring guardianship and testamentary trusts.

Have carriage of estate disputes and family provision claims.

Preparation for and attendances at Court and Mediation

Attend to complex estate matters including estate administration and probate.

Have the opportunity to build and develop your profile though the preparation of articles and presentations at networking events including firm hosted seminars.
